What is the “Dirty Meter” and how does it affect pricing?
The Dirty Meter is a scale from 0-5 that indicates the current cleanliness level of the space. Each level adds $20 to the final price, accounting for additional cleaning effort required.
- 0: Unknown/Standard
- 1: Barely Dirty
- 2: Lightly Dirty
- 3: Moderately Dirty
- 4: Quite Dirty
- 5: Extremely Dirty

Why does the ZIP code matter?
The ZIP code helps determine the appropriate pricing tier based on the area's income level. The calculator uses six income levels:
- Level 1: Low Income
- Level 2: Lower-Middle Income
- Level 3: Middle Income
- Level 4: Upper-Middle Income
- Level 5: High Income
- Level 6: Ultra-High Income
